College Basketball Betting – National Title A Matter Of Unfinished Business For Buckeyes PDF Print E-mail
Tuesday, 22 November 2011 00:46

When the Ohio State Buckeyes take the floor for the March Madness tournament this coming March, it will be a matter of unfinished business for a sportsbook reviews team that had been there before but come up short. The Buckeyes made an impressive run through the Big Ten and in the national title tournament a year ago, but when it was all said and done they were on the outside looking in while Connecticut, Butler, Kentucky, and the Virginia Commonwealth were left standing in the Final Four. Jared Sullinger surprised nearly everyone when he decided not to enter the NBA draft in favor of returning to the Buckeyes for another sports betting season, and he did it for an important reason.

Sullinger has to feel that this Ohio State team has the chance to do something special this pay head season, or else he wouldn’t have opted to return for another year. With the emergence of perimeter shooter William Buford and Aaron Craft dishing out some great looks, the Buckeyes’ offense has the potential to put up big numbers on any given night. While he leads the team in scoring with an average of 18.3 points per game, Sullinger also leads in rebounding with an average of 8.7, more than double the next player on the roster. The pay head pundits will talk about North Carolina, Kentucky, and Duke among the favorites to reach the Final Four, but at this point it simply doesn’t make sense to overlook Ohio State.
